As we are not able to feature all our products online, we highly recommend dropping by our pop-up events or visiting the store to browse our complete collection in person.

We are open by appointment Mon to Sun: 11 – 8pm for consultation, viewing, self-collection and direct purchase of our products.

We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express via Stripe for all online orders. All shopping cart transactions will be in Singapore Dollar (SGD). 

Free local shipping for all orders. If you would like to buy from elsewhere, email us the products you are interested in and we'll set up a separate order and shipping charge for international shipping.

We hope you'll love every item you bought, but if you're not completely satisfied with your pieces, we'll gladly exchange them for others of equal value. Unfortunately, we are not able to do any refund. Either bring the items to our showroom for exchange or ensure they are packed properly and mailed via traceable carrier or registered post to prevent any loss or damage.

In the unlikely event that your items are damaged during shipping, please let us know within 2 days of receipt and we can arrange for a replacement or exchange. Please note that all additional delivery costs for replaced/exchanged items will be the buyer's responsibility.

Due to differences in lighting, there may be some degree of variation in colour representation of the actual pieces from the product images. Many of our products are also handmade and uniquely produced so slight differences in shape, colour and texture may occur among the same item—that’s what makes your piece special. Please note all measurements are approximate.
